On The Farm Tours
These tours can be arranged to enjoy the farm in a field trip setting, picking and choosing which stations you wish to participate in. There’s also nature hunts, tug rope, bounce balls, cherry picking, walnut gleaning and a river walk. Our seasons of operation are mid April through November 1st winter months. Whether it’s a family gathering, birthday party, reunion, boy scouts or girl’s scouts, whatever your group is, we can accommodate you. We can only accept groups of 25 or more. Pets and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the farm, no exceptions. Our San Joaquin County is so rich in food production that there is some type of food commodity being harvested or being prepared for next year’s harvest every month of the year!! It is truly amazing!
Agricultural Commodity Tours
That’s where we come into the picture! Would your tour group like to learn about the cherry production and harvest? How about processing tomatoes, turning tomatoes into tomatoes sauce? And there’s the asparagus harvest, one our favorite tours. The list is endless. We can make all the connections. You will meet the grower and observe his/her operation first hand. We have been born and raised in this wonderful agricultural area and have four generations of experience.
Providing stops on the way to or from the tour for some delicious, local cuisine must be on the agenda. We know where those stops should be!
Just call with the agricultural commodity you are interested in and we’ll gladly do the rest.
